Job Description

Job Title: Study Coordinator I Join a leading health care diagnostics and drug development company as a Study Coordinator, supporting the Bioanalytical group. This role involves providing client support and managing study coordination activities in a central laboratory environment. Responsibilities Provide ongoing client support by communicating and interacting with clients regarding study progress and reporting activities. Review and approve client-supplied data transmission specifications. Address client comments and queries on data tables and reports. Participate in study-related meetings with clients and internal study teams. Collaborate with clients on report format requirements and transmission processes. Manage new service requests or changes to reporting scope with clients. Serve as the primary contact for client communication. Represent the Bioanalytical Study Coordination function in client visits, audits, and inspections. Support studies for key clients. Create study plans, data tables, and reports, and manage result reporting to clients. Involve in quality review processes of data and reports, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance reviews. Obtain client approval for study finalization. Plan, prioritize, and manage workload and multiple responsibilities. Utilize project tracking systems to track and document data and report completion activities. Maintain well-documented, organized, and up-to-date study files, including study correspondence. Assist study team in monitoring overall study progress. Manage increasingly complex projects and key clients. Partner with other departments and business units to provide integrated support and process improvements. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field. Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a laboratory setting. Ability to perform data review and assist with writing reports. Additional Skills & Qualifications Expertise in Data Analytics. Proficiency in Spreadsheet/Excel. Work Environment The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home daily. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
