Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Jamestown, NY client. Our client is looking for a Delivery Driver. This job entails the following:
- Work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional exceptions.
- Multiple weekly trips to Buffalo area customers.
- Sometimes two deliveries per day to Buffalo.
- Occasional deliveries to Erie Pa.
- Local deliveries around town.
- 26' Box Truck with automatic transmission (rated under 26K pounds, so CDL license is not required)
- Keep our docks clear and organized.
- Load and unload of box truck.
- Palletize products.
- Banding skids
- Shrink wrap
- Work closely with production manager (Thomas Brown)
- Report to production manager (Thomas) and Shipping & Receiving Manager (Autumn Ortiz)
- Must work well with others.
- Maintain a respectable appearance and polite, positive attitude, as the candidate will always represent Phoenix Metal.
- Follow all safety requirements.
- Adhere to Phoenix Metal no smoking policy (no smoking in our facilities, no smoking in company vehicles).
Qualifications.
- Clean valid NY State Drivers license.
- Heavy lifting.
- Fork Truck Drivers License.
- Preferred previous truck driving experience.
