Location: Hybrid-New York City (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home)
Experience: 13 years of BDR/SDR or adjacent outbound sales experience

About the Role
Were looking for a high-ownership Business Development Representative to join Meera AI and sit at the front lines of our outbound motion. Youll work directly with the VP of Sales and the AE team to generate high-quality meetings and help define what great outbound looks like at an early-stage, fast-growing AI company.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, hands-on coaching, and a clear growth path to becoming an Account Executive. Rather than focusing purely on activity metrics, youll play a meaningful role in shaping a world-class go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
