Job Description

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate to technical requirements. Develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including designing, configuring and customizing applications and workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions. Design and develop custom ServiceNow modules, UI pages, forms, and reports. Transform business processes into automated workflow in ServiceNow. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, deployment plans, and system diagrams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow solutions. Participate in release management activities, including release readiness assessments and deployment verification. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Servicenow development Experience in developing ServiceNow application, workflows, and integrations using REST and SOAP web services. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including, Incident Management, Case Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Asset/Inventory/CMDB, Telecommunications Service Management, Telecom Network Inventory, Field Services Management. Experience in scripting using JavaScripts, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Visual Task Boards. Understanding of ServiceNow APIs including ServiceNow REST API, SOAP Web Services API, and MID Server. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferred. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
